About the Creator
Brandon Franklin, MBA, is a Canadian military pilot and the founder of Franklin Kinetics. He developed the Rotor Framework™ after recognizing a gap between the academic theory taught in universities and the realities of how organizations actually outperform. By drawing on organizational theory, complexity science, military doctrine, and aviation, Brandon created a practical system that turns chaotic energy into a competitive advantage. A system coaches can apply immediately with executives and teams.
